She will design and deliver your programme and treatment in a professional and empathetic manner, offering you support and motivation throughout. Zhanna believes that everyone should be able to create a balance of health and fitness as a lifestyle, and not just a quick fix to lose weight and look good on the outside. In addition to the physical benefits of being active and keeping that balance of health and nutrition, there are also positive psychological benefits that accompany this lifestyle. Alex Campbell boasts a life-long list of sports that he has been involved with throughout his life such as rugby, hockey, tennis, squash, kickboxing and golf. His consultancy skills are invaluable when creating sports specific training programmes. |
